The New Year

Well, the New Year is upon us. There are more people at the gym now, I guess I have to wait until some fail on their resolution before I get a good machine again. This usually happens around February, sometimes the die-hards last until March, but by April the gym is mine again.

Most people fail thier resolutions because they don't give it enough time. Research has shown that most people need 90 days to start a new habit.

My two-cents - if you have no resolutions then you have no failures, you have not let yourself down!

Good luck to those of you who are sticking with their resolutions... Maybe next year you can start again.
